Terms of Use

We are open every day from 10:00 to 21:00. Appointments are recommended, especially for colour, balayage and treatments, because those services need a longer block of time. Walk-ins are welcome when we have a free slot, but we cannot promise one.

Please arrive about 10 minutes before your time. If you are running late, a quick message on +91 97373 48350 helps us adjust — otherwise we may need to shorten or reschedule the service so the next client is not kept waiting.

Plans change, and that is fine. We simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice for longer services so the slot can be offered to someone else. There is no cancellation charge.

Every service begins with a short consultation. If Mamta feels a service is not right for the current condition of your hair, she will say so and suggest an alternative rather than proceed. Results depend on your hair's texture, density and colour history, and cannot be guaranteed to match a reference photograph exactly.

We do not publish fixed prices. The cost of a service depends on hair length, thickness, condition and the products used, so we share a clear price on WhatsApp or in person before starting any work. You will always know what you are paying before we begin.
