Privacy Policy
Mamta's Beauty Studio is a small, independently run hair and beauty studio in Kudasan, Gandhinagar. We only ask for the details we genuinely need to look after you well, and we keep them to ourselves.
What we collect
When you WhatsApp, call or visit us we usually note your name, phone number and the service you are booked in for. If you have had colour, smoothing or a treatment before, Mamta may also keep a short note about your hair history so that your next appointment starts from the right place.
We do not collect payment card details on this website, and there is no online checkout.
How we use it
- To confirm, reschedule or remind you about an appointment.
- To recommend the right service for your hair based on what has been done before.
- To reply to a price or availability question you have sent us.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or share your contact details with third parties. We do not add you to marketing lists without you asking. Client photographs are only used on our website or Instagram when you have given us permission in person.
WhatsApp, calls and Instagram
Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp or over the phone. Those messages are stored on the phone we use for bookings, and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Instagram enquiries are handled the same way — we read them, reply and keep nothing beyond what we need.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to delete your number or hair notes, or to remove a photograph of your hair from our page. Just message or call us on +91 97373 48350 and we will do it.
